Refund Policy

• Since no upfront payment is collected, refunds generally do not apply
• If any facilitation fee is charged post-approval and paid in advance for a specific service, refund eligibility (if any) will be communicated clearly before payment

Non-Refundable Cases

• Loan rejection by the bank/NBFC
• Customer withdrawal after service initiation
• Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer

Cancellation

Customers may discontinue the service at any stage before loan approval without any obligation.
